Our approach

Brand Love 100 does not use advertising trackers. We use essential browser storage for security, email sign-in and your privacy choice. Optional first-party analytics run only after you select “Accept analytics.”

Essential storage

• Authentication: security and session information required to sign in and control access.
• Analytics choice: brandlove:analytics-consent remembers whether you accepted or declined optional analytics.

Essential storage cannot be disabled through our banner because the requested security and preference functions depend on it. You can remove it using your browser controls, although this may sign you out or make the preference banner reappear.

Optional analytics

After consent, the site creates a random identifier in session storage and records selected product events, such as viewing a content gate, starting sign-up or completing an enquiry. The identifier ends with the browser session. We do not intentionally store your IP address or raw browser user-agent in the analytics table.

Change your choice

Use “Cookie choices” in the footer at any time. Declining stops new optional events; it does not delete events already collected with consent. For deletion or another privacy request, contact us through Talk to Us.

Guidance

Our opt-in design follows the general rule described in the CNIL audience-measurement guidance: inform visitors, obtain consent and offer a means to refuse unless a tightly defined exemption applies.
